During the winter the cross-country slopes and the winter hiking trails proceed right past the house, also the lighted toboggan run.

The Silvapark Galtür ski area is just a 5 minute ride on the free ski bus and the Silvretta Arena Ischgl/Samnaun/Samnaun is just 10 km away.
